As of now, we have FineDocs installed and running with Dantal Hydraulics (India), Indian Navy ,The Weather Channel (USA) and with Pyramid Inc. (USA and India) Fortis HealthCare(India) Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (India), Indian Railways.

Q) The product Being relatively new, is it been tested real time?

FineDocs is being used and tested successfully in real time environment.

Q) How do you take care of the bugs?

We are continuously developing our product. All major defects are fixed and if there are any minor defects pointed by our development team or from our customers we do a minor release with defects fixed.

Q) Where does FineDocs stand in comparison to other products? (or) Tell me why I should go for FineDocs and not XYZ?

As mentioned earlier, FineDocs has its own advantages and every product has its own advantages & limitations. Hence I would prefer to answer that question by highlighting the advantages & gains of using FineDocs rather than a comparative approach.

We are yet to go in for a third party testing of FineDocs. With real-time usage, FineDocs has evolved into a wholesome offering.

Q) I have an existing system. Can FineDocs work in synch with that?

FineDocs can be linked with any kind of a software package. It could be used for input, buffer and storage purposes.

Q) What is going to be my ROI on FineDocs?

Q) We guys aren’t Tech savvy. Who is going to train us?

FineDocs is user friendly to its core. Hence a user need not be tech savvy to use this product. A new user gets familiar with the product within minutes of using it. Though, a detailed demonstration & Training would be provided to users by us.

Q) What if I have a problem when I’m working with FineDocs? Who’s going to help me fix the system? How long is it going to take? I can’t wait.

There is no firefighting with FineDocs usability. Yet, we have a full fledged support team that works 24/7 which would resolve issues within 2 hours of intimation. If there is a complicated issue the same shall be resolved within 3 working days time.

Q) I’m already using similar software. Why would I need another?

FineDocs is primarily a web based solution. What this means is that access to information is available 24/7 from diverse locations.

Also that FineDocs is built on .NET technology. In the long run, the solution could be easily upgraded to advanced operating frameworks.

Q) I have invested a lot in this existing package. I can’t afford a replacement coz I’ll have to see a return on my investment.
