Business users can view, approve, process and forward the documents using their web browser while the physical location of the document remains static.

  • Workflow service allows business users to download and upload files from any WebDAV enabled document repository or content management system.

  • Workflow activities are included in the process flow where a business user is required to take some action or to view some process related information and make decisions.
